This sheer blouse is one of my favorite purchases this year. I got it on the sale rack at Urban for $19! I love the sheer effect but have not been bold enough thus far to wear it solo. I like wearing a high waisted bottom with this top too since it is cropped in the front. And to top it all off I decided to show my hat some love. I have always loved hats but its usually only my baseball caps that get all the attention throughout my casual weekends outdoors!
