I fell in love with this dress on the sale rack($9.99) at Urban a few months ago and literally just took the tags off this morning. I have been dying to wear it but keep putting it off. Its ease and whimsy inspired me to pull out my red lipstick, cropped motorcycle jacket and a big top knot bun. A combination you can't not enjoy!
